We can’t wait to get back together in person in Tampa this spring. Creating a healthy and COVID-appropriate environment for all participants, staff, sponsors and exhibitors attending our event is of utmost importance to us. We’re monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and are working closely with health, local government, facility and other authorities to meet and exceed public health and safety protocols.

Physical Distancing

Social distancing is no longer required, however, it is appropriate for employees and attendees to choose to socially distance themselves and should be respected accordingly.

Personal Protective Equipment

Based on current local guidelines, face masks are not currently required.  

Cleaning and Sanitizing

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing will remain increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces including countertops, escalators, elevators, elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, stair and escalator handrails, dining surfaces and all seating areas and tables.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event and will be placed at key contact areas such as reception areas, entrances, stairs, elevators and escalators in public spaces.
